The secure and open application platform
The Pintexx Workplace platform is the basis of the entire Pintexx Workplace solution.
It is based on Linux and other open source products such as NginX, Docker, etc.
The interface is completely web-based and therefore works on all operating systems and devices.
The platform is a comprehensive system for the secure operation of web-based applications.
The web-based Docker platform
In contrast to Docker Desktop, the platform is completely web-based, i.e. a Docker GUI in the browser.
Applications can be described via an open XML repository (our Docker Compose) and installed and updated at the push of a button.
The container-based architecture offers an additional security level for each application.
On the basis of special containers, Windows applications can also be operated as part of a separate terminal server.

Network management, monitoring, logging and cluster creation are also supported.
The platform building blocks
The platform manager is the graphical interface of the platform. Application packages can be installed and settings made here.
It can be accessed both via a browser and via the hypervisor management.
The package manager is an application repository and manages the package definitions that ultimately create the Docker containers.
The platform console is a container that allows access to the operating system via a command line interface (CLI).
The update container ensures that the platform manager is updated from the Pintexx repository.
The platform variants
The platform is available as a standard and pro version. The standard version is based on a standard Linux system, the pro version offers a Linux system based on the FIPS and CIS standard, and offers increased encryption and hardening.
The standard version is available royalty-free, the pro version requires an annual license fee.
